Treatment Policy

TREATMENT SERVICE TERMS:

**PLEASE READ AND MAKE NOTE!!!
The deposit for ALL treatment services are NON-REFUNDABLE (Permanent Makeup, Microblading, FusionBrows, Ombre shading brows, Scalp Eyeliner, Lip Contour, and Lash Extension and all other services and treatments.)

All service fees and bundles are final purchases, and deposits are not refundable. A credit will be issued for use on another service or products at our facility only when cancelled within the 48hr. policy period. Any scheduling changes past this 48 hour cancelation period will forfeit the deposit.

This is non-refundable because we block out up to 2-3 hours for the services. Please read a full description of our policies below.

CANCELLATION TERMS

*48HOURS NOTICE FOR A CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED. WHEN YOU CANCEL WITHIN 48HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WE WILL GRANT YOU THE ABILITY TO USE YOUR DEPOSIT FOR RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT. By providing ample time it ensures we will be able to fill your cancelled appointment with someone who may really want or need it.

NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE OF SERVICE:
If you do not cancel within the required time or in the case of a NO SHOW, you will still be charged the full price of your scheduled service. At the time of your missed appointment a “no show” setting will be put in our system and it will generate an email requesting payment for the full-price of your scheduled service. Please respect our time and our artists time and make note of this policy. It is non-negotiable.

RESCHEDULING RULES:
*If you need to reschedule last-minute (less than the required 48 hours requirement for rescheduling of your appointment) we can reschedule you for a different date, however, if nobody is found to fill your original appointment, you will be charged half the fee of the treatment you are getting done as a penalty and your new appointment will be charged at full price.

*Your and your Artist’s time is valuable, If you are running more than 30 mins late to your appointment, it is considered missed or a no show for the appointment (this includes touch ups)
* When you run late, the artist will have only the remaining time for your booked slot to proceed with the treatment.

*If you miss your touch up appointment, you will be charged $150 additional to reschedule another appointment treatment.

CLIENTS ONLY IN PROCEDURE ROOM
Though a friend or family may accompany you to your appointment, we have learned it is best that they do not sit-in on your procedure. It is important the artist is able to have their full focus on you, the client. Friends and family tend to be a distraction for both the client and artist.

CHILDREN TODDLERS AND BABIES
Though we love children, toddlers, and babies, we must kindly ask that you do not bring them with you to your appointment. Unfortunately, they are a distraction to the artist, as well as the other guests having services at Micropigmentation Academy. Thank you for your understanding. if you bring kids to the clinic, we have to cancel the appointment and you will be charged 50% of the service. The fee will not go toward the next appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Micropigmentation is a time-intensive service. In booking your appointment, we are reserving a designated amount of time specifically for you. We require a 50% deposit in order to reserve this time for your appointment. If you need to cancel for any reason, we require that you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of your appointment time so that we may be able to offer this time to another client. If canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice and there is no one to fill the booked spot you will be charged 50% of the service fee. In the case of a no-show, you will still be charged the full price of your scheduled service. In case of a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice or a no-show, the follow-up is also considered forfeited and any following appointments will be charged as a touch-up appointment.

TARDINESS
Please plan to arrive at Micropigmentation Academy 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. You will need to complete a consent and release form. We want to make sure you have time to make yourself comfortable before the start of your appointment. The Building has almost 50 parking slots, Please Do not worry about parking. If you are late it will compromise the amount of time the artist has to spend on your procedure, which in turn compromises your results. In the event that a client is more than 30 minutes late, the procedure may be canceled, and the full-service fee will still apply, as we are not able to sell this time to another client.

RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT
Though it is extremely rare, we reserve the right to refuse treatment for the following reasons: Undisclosed skin condition (including sunburn/suntan) Under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Any behavior which, in the opinion of the artist or Micropigmentation Academy, might compromise the artist’s or Micropigmentation Academy’s ability to work safely and comfortably toward the desired results, or might disrupt other clients.
